Membership Applications may be obtained from the bar or by contacting the office to have them posted, faxed or emailed to you. Alternatively you may download an application. (click here to download PDF version of Application Form).
Applications can be made at the bar, seven days a week. Your application form must be completed with all the relevant information and nomination fee must also be paid. We will then contact you by telephone or mail and invite you to an information night and induction to make you aware of some of the Rules of the Club. New members are invited and expected to attend an induction night prior to accessing the golf course as a member.
Payment may be made by cash, cheque or credit card and Bardwell Valley also has a direct debit facility available (some conditions apply).

Full Playing and Intermediate members have full use of all clubhouse facilities. Junior and Cadet members have restricted access to clubhouse facilities according to law.
All playing members are entitled to play in competitions on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday; members over 50 years have an additional (vets) competition on Tuesday.
All playing members are entitled to play practice rounds outside competition times and pre-booked social times. A practice round fee of $2.00 is charged at all times which is coupled with a $3.00 Bar voucher. Member can also play in the 9 hole competition at any time outside of competition times for an additional fee of $3.00
